How do I share access to the Statistics?
Would you like to share access to the analytics data collected by the audioguides? You can do that in two steps.

Log in to the lookkiosk platform and select your project

Once you are in the project, select 'ACCESS' tab above.
NOTE: You will only see this tab if you are an Administrator for the project. Then, under 'Users' you can manage which users have access, based on their email address.

Invite a new user, or manage existing user permissions

To delete a user's access, simply toggle all the permissions OFF on the right of the email address and click SAVE
Changes will only be applied once you click save.

TIP: Shortcut to user management page
You can directly access the user management page from the Project list. Simply click the little people icon on the right of the project name.

Control the level of access
- View statistics: The user can only view basic visitor numbers
- View detailed statistics: The user can view visitor engagement. That means how much of the audio the visitors listen to.
- Admin: Full CMS and statistics access. Can also control permissions.
