How to set up your audioguides?
This is the full guide of how to program and set up your audio content on the audio guides using Look2Guide and the USB dock.
Set up your languages on Look2Guide
Decide which languages or tour versions you want to include. You can have up to 32 languages.
A "language" doesn't have to be a spoken language — think of it as a tour version. For example:
- English Adults and English Children (two separate tours in English)
- Full Tour and Highlights Tour
- General Audience and Special Audience
Each language defines its own set of exhibits. At each exhibit (or point of interest), the language determines which audio message is played for that number.

Adding Audio FIles to the exhibits
You can import your audio files by selecting “Import Audios”, or by loading them from “Edit.”
To add images to one or more exhibits, check the relevant checkboxes and then click the “Upload Image” button in the top-left corner.
You can also update exhibit details—such as exhibit names and play number settings—from the Exhibits tab or by clicking the “Edit” button.
Downloading the new content to the Audioguides
- Go to Content → General tab.
- Choose your export type:

- Paste the copied files (song, image, and system) from the extracted zip file content.
- Disconnect the audioguide—you're good to go with the new content.
